This page transparently documents how and where artificial intelligence (AI) is used on opensme.graphwiz.ai. It fulfils the transparency obligations of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689), in particular the requirements on transparency (Art. 50) and AI literacy (Art. 4).
Unser Ansatz / Our Approach
KI wird auf dieser Website als Werkzeug eingesetzt — nie als Ersatz für menschliche Verantwortung. Alle Inhalte werden von mir persönlich erstellt, geprüft und freigegeben. Automatisierte Systeme treffen keine Entscheidungen über Nutzer:innen, und es findet kein Profiling statt.
AI is used on this website as a tool — never as a substitute for human responsibility. All content published here is created, reviewed and released by me personally. Automated systems make no decisions about users, and no profiling takes place.
Keine verbotenen oder Hochrisiko-KI-Praktiken
Diese Website setzt keine KI-Praktiken ein, die nach dem EU AI Act verboten sind (Art. 5), und betreibt keine Hochrisiko-KI-Systeme im Sinne des Anhangs III. Insbesondere findet keine biometrische Identifizierung, keine Emotionserkennung, kein Social Scoring und keine manipulative Beeinflussung statt.
This website uses no AI practices prohibited under the EU AI Act (Art. 5) and operates no high-risk AI systems within the meaning of Annex III. In particular, no biometric identification, no emotion recognition, no social scoring and no manipulative influence take place.

Software-Entwicklung
Die openSME-Softwaresuite sowie diese Webseite werden unter Zuhilfenahme von KI-Coding-Agenten entwickelt und gewartet. Der gesamte Code wird von mir geprüft, getestet und freigegeben. Die KI generiert keinen autonom veröffentlichten Inhalt — jede Änderung durchläuft einen menschlichen Review- und Freigabeprozess.
The openSME software suite and this website are developed and maintained with the assistance of AI coding agents. All code is reviewed, tested and released by me. The AI generates no autonomously published content — every change goes through a human review and approval process.
Kein Chatbot, keine KI-Interaktion
Es gibt auf dieser Website keinen Chatbot und keine direkte Interaktion mit einem KI-System für Besucher:innen. Auch die Live-Demo unter home.opensme.graphwiz.ai bietet derzeit keine KI-Funktionen an. Sollte sich das in Zukunft ändern, wird jede Interaktion mit einem KI-System eindeutig als solche gekennzeichnet (Art. 50 Abs. 1 EU AI Act).
There is no chatbot and no direct interaction with an AI system for visitors on this website. The live demo at home.opensme.graphwiz.ai currently offers no AI features either. Should this change in the future, any interaction with an AI system will be clearly labelled as such (Art. 50(1) EU AI Act).
